Nannies in Ripley

| Hello my name is Ellie and I am 21 years old. I am confident, always have a positive attitude and know not to take myself too seriously around children which proves me to create better bonds with them. I enjoy setting out messy play activities and supporting children’s exploration of these through sensory play and by encouraging their own ideas. I currently live in Ripley, Derbyshire and have access to my own car, I have been driving since 2018 and already have a car seat aged from birth to five years installed on the back seat. I bought this car seat in the summer of 2020 when my niece (who is now 2 years old) was living with us during the lockdown so I could watch her throughout the day when her mum was working and take her on our own mini adventures. I enjoy cooking and baking and love to experiment with different flavors with my niece to create healthy and delicious treats and snacks for throughout the day. I have previous experience caring for children as young as 4 months old up to 7 years.

| I have been working as a nanny for a family friend over the last few months, previously I worked in a nursery for over 3 years. I really enjoy being a nanny and would like to continue my adventure into it. I am up for any challenge and I am very patient.

| I’ve worked in several childcare sectors including working with children with SEN. I’ve spent the last 6 weeks working in a summer club for children building up my skills, I have a wide range of different skills including; creativity, communication skills and many more. I have a childcare qualification and an up to date DBS. I have recently done my food hygiene. People view me as being outgoing and fun and a very chatty person to have around. I don’t drive however I am confident with buses and public transport so am I able to get around if needed.
