I'm an experienced level 3 nursery Practice Leader, I really enjoy watching and supporting children's development. I have experience in a Reggio Emilia inspired nursery, which has really allowed me to understand their isn't any boundaries to the children's ability. Really valuing their ideas, knowledge and their feelings, as a person not just a child. Having a leadership role means I have good organisation and planning skills, while having the ability to support others. The varying jobs I have had has allowed my confidence to blossom, and has helped me to have great communication and people skills
