From my Level 3 childcare course, I have learnt a lot and feel that has bettered my practise with working with children. I currently work in an education setting so I am up-to-date with safeguarding, whistleblowing policies and Ofsted. I feel that this will benefit me if I were to be given the job. I am a hard worker who always works to the best and I make sure that I take time and care when working but being efficient at the same time. I am always looking for ways to progress further and ways to push myself and further better my practise and knowledge. I will always take further training to benefit my workplace as well as my personal skill set. I am the room leader of the baby room in my nursery and I am a level 3 in this role. Within this job role I am comfortable and able to manage children and all their different needs such as feeding, medication and dietary needs. I am fully medication trained and have a rolling DBS to be suitable for the job. I have childcare qualifications that are suitable for the role as well as 5 years of experience with working for families. I often babysit for families I work with and I am comfortable and trust worthing.
