Leading through generosity, I give my best to all I meet.
| I have been babysitting for at least 4 years now for various families. Picking up and dropping the children off at after school clubs, school, swimming, ballet ect... I have stayed over night on occasions doing school runs and looking after them past tea time, read together and homework. The highlight of all this is definitely the time I get with the children such as playing games, craft, outdoor and going places.

Fun, bubbly personality. Loves to cook and create as well being active.
| I’m the eldest of three girls and as well as helping to look after them when they were younger, I’ve also often played a large role in the upbringing of my young cousins, such as changing and feeding them when they were younger and then dropping off and picking up from school as they’ve gotten older. I’ve babysat for many different families, during both the daytime and evening. At school I was a senior prefect and a peer mentor meaning I was often put in charge of helping younger students adapt to senior school life. I also helped out in the infant school by reading with the children twice a week.

Hello my name is Orla, I am the 2nd eldest of four, I have a younger brother and sister who are twins. So being 6 years older than them I have grown up changing nappies, getting ready for bed and entertaining them. I have recently been babysitting for friends of the family, who have a beautiful 2 year old son. I give him tea, play cars with him, read stories, play games and get him ready for bed.. I then settle him down to bed (after reading the standard three stories a night - with realistic voices) I can deal with the little voices at the top of the stairs and the sound of little feet running across the landing:) I always make sure I check on the little ones every hour. I am able to deal with changing nappies, potties and toilet trips as well as bath time and getting changed for bed. I do really enjoy looking after children and although I have no official qualifications (in childcare) what I do have is real life experience which I feel is a lot more valuable. You can go out and leave your children, safe in the knowledge that your child/children with be safe and having lots of fun with a more than capable, responsible adult. No CRB, but can be arranged on request:)

A loving mother who wants to care for and create fun memories for your child.
| I am a mother of two young boys, aged 1 and 3. I have completed my Ofsted approved EYFS training and my paediatric first aid training, as I am in the process of becoming OFSTED approved for childminding. Aside from being a mother, my previous experience caring for children is as a kindergarten assistant at a nursery for 2 years, followed by being a nanny to two separate families for approximately 1 year. I have a gentle parenting approach to my children. I share a loving home with my husband, and our children are our world. I am also Australian, and have lived in the UK for six years. I am only available to care for children from my own home, as I will have my own two children with me, therefore, I'm looking for families that would mix well with my own children (They're easy going, so this shouldn't be an issue). Although, I may be available for evening care if close by, and for the right family. I hope to hear from you!

10+ years qualified level 3 nursery nurse.
| I am a qualified level 3 Nursery Nurse who qualified in May 2010. I have worked in a nursery setting for 4 years, and a nanny for a holiday company for 6 years. Both jobs i cared for children from birth to 18 years, following routines for parents, following care routines and creating fun, stimulating and learning activities. I have also been a childcare manager so I have a great understanding of parents wants and needs as well as the child's. I am caring and thoughtful and love to watch children learn and develop. When working abroad in a creche setting we had a evening service where parents would drop their children with us at 2.30pm and collect at 11.00pm. During this time we would provide meals, bath time, chill out time before bed and other things parents asked, for example help with homework would also be offered and given.

As an enthusiastic and caring person, I love all aspects of child care.
| After finishing my A-Levels I became an Au Pair for several months in Germany, where I looked after two children aged between 11 months and 3 years old. This was one of the most positive and enjoyable experiences I have had, as I was solely responsible for days out, collection from kindergarten, meal times and some nap times too. This developed my skills in care for younger children, as well as general patience and understanding of their needs. In the summer of 2019 I went on to work at a summer camp for children aged 7-18, working often with primary school age children in groups of 12. Here, I was an activity instructor mostly which involved high levels of engagement and safety protocols while running sessions such as problem solving and abseiling. I also functioned as a group leader, which meant I provided extra support at meal times, evening wind-down activities and organising their schedules. I am now very comfortable with many different ways of engaging different age groups, and have high levels of organisational skills should they be needed. If children are of homework age I am also happy to provide support, as I have always helped my younger brother with his studies right up to A-Level.

Nanny from Clitheroe.
| I'm a 22 year old nanny! I have worked in a nursery with children of all ages. I held all responsibilities for my 5 key children at my workplace; preparing children's activities daily to improve their learning skills! I was offered a full time nannying job in Chiswick, looking after a 5 year old and 2 year old twin boys. I started in February 2015 and worked for them until August. My general work routine was taking and picking up the eldest to and from school, making and serving 3 meals a day, taking the boys on days out. I have worked with children with various different learning difficulties and live with my sister who suffers from autism, ADHD and dyslexia. i then started nannying for a family from Darwen, with a 6 month old baby and a little 5 year old. I worked 5 days a week, on a regular routine i would normally do 2, possibly 3 night shifts a week. The family did a lot of travelling as they owned a place in Marbella and spend at least 3 months out there a year. I then worked for a family in a wilmslow, my routine was to do the school pick up and look after the little boy until late evening. I also looked after a 2 month old baby in the mornings whilst the mum worked part time. I am now looking for a full time job.

Caring and understanding
| I have had a few experiences with younger cousins where i would play with them, help them with reading or writing if they are at that stage yet, making them food, sometimes bathing them and clothing them as well, and overall we just had fun. It is something i would like to continue doing, most definitely and also having a bond with children is a really heart warming thing. I can offer babysitting services if they parents want a night out or some other commitments, being a nanny, provide in home care for children with making meals for them and educational activities, being a parent helper, assisting parents with tasks such and feeding, bathing and playing with their children.

I’m degree level qualified, Ofsted registered with over 16 years childcare experience.
| I graduated in Childhood Studies in 2010. I have previously worked in nurseries and a SEN children’s home. I have always worked with children. Alongside my full time nanny job, I currently work as a youth intervention officer part time one evening a week helping young people at risk. I have experience with multiples. One of my families had twin girls (who I cared for since 8 weeks old) When working in nurseries, I was promoted up to deputy manager. I was responsible for overseeing the ‘younger side’ of the nursery. Some days this meant caring for 17 babies! So babies and toddlers are my specialty. I’m a warm, caring and friendly person who’s is a lot of fun. I’m also firm when needed and set clear boundaries. I love animals too so I’m happy to take care of your pets! I relocated to Manchester from Derby in 2016 and became a nanny for 2 lovely families. I was with these families for 5 years. Then I moved house so had to find alternative work. I have nannied for a lovely family with 1 little boy for the last 2 years. Unfortunately, they have had a change in circumstances meaning they no longer need a nanny.

Theatre-trained friendly and calm nanny.
| Hello, my name is Lucy G, I am 24 and have just finished an MA in contemporary theatre. Since 16 yrs I have worked childcare jobs. This started with babysitting and I have experience caring for children with learning difficulties. For 1.5 years from 17-18 I was an after-school nanny for 2 children who had various after school commitments and a large part of my role with them was taking them to different clubs across the city centre of Manchester. This meant that I gained experience entertaining and navigating children on public transport. When I was doing my undergrad from the age of 19-21 I was an after-school nanny with the agency KoruKids. I cared for a brother and sister aged 4 and 6. My main roles were picking them up from school, bathing them, cooking their evening meal and putting them to bed. Their school was over an hour away from their home so again I gained a lot of experience navigating young children on public transport through rush hour. They both had separate bed and bath times so I gained experience splitting my time and doing a lot of multitasking to make sure they were both safe and entertained when doing separate activities. Due to having so much childcare experience I find that my approach is very calm.

Nanny - babysitter - with childminding and nursery experience!
| Hi! i’m Lili i’m 23 from belfast ireland living in didsbury/ withington. From being privy to my mums childminding business from our home I have constantly been surrounded my children and always loved it! I was helping her with her work with as long as I can remember but formally from age 16 and professionally from 18. From here, building relationships with the children and their parents I began regular evening and weekend babysitting where my mothers business hours ended. I loved it and I began to uncover my love and natural ability with children. From my friendly respectful and interested demeanour to my years experience with children, I find children just gravitate towards me and feel comfortable in my presence. Most recently i’ve been working as a nursery nurse practitioner up until now. My special skills and activities I focus on with children in my care is art, cooking and baking. They have all taken to it brilliantly and visibly enjoy the creative sensory play of the art and the responsibility and new tastes of cooking/ baking. I feel extremely confident that i’m someone kids are going to fun with but most importantly, feel they can be themselves and comfortable with. Dbs and access NI checked - own and can drive a car.

I am a happy and positive person who finds great joy out of working with children.
| I have worked as a dance teacher since I was 14, 5 years, teaching large numbers of children. I have taught dance in schools, nurseries and gyms for 3 years and have also managed a crèche of children from age 12 months to 4. I have worked in playgroups with children and parents. I have also baby sat family from as young as newborn, sometimes over night. I have also worked with special needs children on a one-to-one basis.
