I was incredibly nervous when first leaving my daughter with Eleanor as I've never had to use a babysitter in the past, so this was a new experience for me, but I can honestly say from the first time we spoke, Eleanor presented herself very well and helped to put my nerves at ease. She has so much knowledge and experience, I knew from the moment we talked that my daughter would be in great hands. Both jobs i cared for children from birth to 18 years, following routines for parents, following care routines and creating fun, stimulating and learning activities. I have also been a childcare manager so I have a great understanding of parents wants and needs as well as the child's. I am caring and thoughtful and love to watch children learn and develop. When working abroad in a creche setting we had a evening service where parents would drop their children with us at 2.30pm and collect at 11.00pm. During this time we would provide meals, bath time, chill out time before bed and other things parents asked, for example help with homework would also be offered and given.
