I worked as a Nanny for a family in Manchester. I also attend shifts at various nurseries . Agency work has further enhanced my confidence due to working alongside teams who I only meet on the day, and working in nurseries and being introduced to children of various ages has greatly enhanced my experience as a childcare practitioner. I worked for a before and after school club company based at High Legh primary school, , I cooked breakfast and evening snacks for the children, assisted them in arts and craft activities, helped them with their homework and provided them with complete care and supervision. Providing care for on average twenty children a day with only one other team member allowed me to further practice skills of leadership and confidence.
