Trustworthy, organised, fun carer

I have spent 15years in the childcare sector in private nurseries. I had worked in a senior role in a toddler room which gave me responsibility for three other members of staff with in the room. I also had to complete checklists every day to ensure the room safety of the children and staff. I gave Daily feedback to parents and carers and resolved any issues or concerns parents had, occasionally seeking advice from management. Iam also a mother with 3 children of my own so have been through the sleepless night, terrible twos troublesome teens you name it!
