Nannies in Crowborough

| I worked in a nursery for 1.5 years and a nanny for 2.5 years. I have level 2 qualification in childcare. I have completed my paediatric first aid training, safeguarding, e-safety and FGM training.

| At this point in my life I would love to have a new family of children to look after and help out with. I have always loved looking after and encouraging and helping children. I come from a big family and love the organized mania that family life brings. I am a very organized person and will always be prompt with timings and organizing different evens. I believe that I am a happy and positive person to be around and I hope that this rubs off on the children that I have looked after.

| I am a self-motivated, confident fun loving person with excellent inter-personal skills. I am looking to return to the workplace after taking some time out to look after my young grandchildren for the last five years. I truly love to work with young children and have loved taking my grandchildren and the children and have childminded over the last 35 years to all the various local activities, including toddler explorers, children centres, the South coast and have taught multiple children how to swim. I would really like the opportunity to help look after other young children, as I believe it is one of the most rewarding vocations there is. I have successfully weaned and potty trained multiple children as well as supported their development in the arts, speech and literacy. I have a good strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and am trained in paediatric first aid (St. John’s ambulance). I am honest, punctual, flexible, reliable and an excellent team worker.

| For 5 years I have worked in the childcare sector, in this time I have nannied for two families with children ages 18 months - 2 years and 4-5 years as well as 7-8 years and 8-9 years. in between this I worked in a nursery for 2 years with children ages from 7 months to 4 years old becoming qualified as a level 2 nursery practitioner. I am very active and enjoy getting involved and stuck in without being afraid to get mucky. I’m happy to do light house cleaning, include dogs on walks/feeding, drive to and from activities and get involved, change nappies, bath/dress, provide lots of outdoor activities, get ready for nap time, do meal times, be a carer and friend. I have created lasting relationships with the families I have cared for on the basis of trust, strong communication and becoming part of the family.
