| I have my BTEC National Diploma in Early Years, I worked in a nursery for 7 years looking after children of all ages. I have my full first aid training. I have always had a passion for working with children, getting so much pleasure from seeing children grow and develop. I then went on to be a nanny for 2 families over 6/7 years and I now have my own son. I am also available for holiday cover.

| I am an experienced SEN children’s worker, currently working with families in the local community. I wear many hats from SEN nanny/carer to P/A for my 1:1 kiddos who have grown up and need a sidekick to get away from their parents. I have current active references with 3 families, all of which I have gone on to babysit for and even do overnight stays, respite collection/drop off and assisted hospital visits with. I love nothing more than coming into the family and mucking in to do any activities or housework that I spot needs doing. Having my own kids with SEN grown up and growing, I understand the need for a solid, reliable, calm and dedicated person who doesn’t judge and understands the toll additional needs can have on the family. I am happy to work alongside pets of all shapes and sizes as long as they won’t eat me and I am not afraid to sit in the mud or listen to sound clips on loop all day. As my current little ones are getting bigger and their family circumstances are changing, I have space in my diary freeing up at the WEEKENDS.

I have been with my current family since July 2020 which has been wonderful, I am looking for an opportunity to work with a new family due to the fact the children are now getting older and my full nanny services aren’t needed. This ranges in age from newborns up to 13 years in various settings including a family centre, maternity hospital, primary schools and as a private nanny. I have an enhanced current DBS am a car owner and am available for regular work. I am also happy to work at short notice in an emergency e.g. - if your regular childcare has let you down.
