Childcare in North East Lincolnshire

| I have been interested in working with children since I was in school. I have previously helped out with looking after my two younger sisters. I was working as a nanny for a family for three years while doing my Childcare and Education course. I have worked with children between the ages of newborn up to 13 years. This includes placements I have done when studying/doing my childcare course and nannying/babysitting for family and friends. I love working with children and helping them with their own development, learning skills and milestones. I have worked in nursery previously. However, I like to work closely with families and children in their own home environment. My dream is to work with babies, but I am willing to work with children aged 0-16 years. I am currently DBS checked (CRB checked). I have a Level 3 diploma in Childcare and Education, Safeguarding, Diversity and lots more qualifications regarding childcare that I am willing to present on every interview I get.

| I’m a nineteen year old, I am very passionate with children I’ve always wanted to work with them,I have worked with them in the past(explained below) I’m bubbly and confident! Enjoy challenges. I understand about confidentiality. I am also a very honest person.I have helped out in my own primary schools reception classes when younger. A babysitting job for a 1 year old and a 7 year old, I had this job for about 8 months until they did not need a babysitter anymore. I then did a placement while I was in year 10 in school at franklin first call nursery for a week and that was with newborn to 5 year olds. Also had another placement with my college for 6 months with whizzkids nursery with 2-5 year olds My next babysitting job lasted for a year and 2 months and this was where a got my most experience with planning activity’s and meal planning and taking the children to school and picking them up on time, this was for a 6 year old and a 10 year old. My most recent one was another placement with college while I was studying childcare level 2, this was at clover fields reception and I was planning in and out door activity’s.I currently have a job as a retail assistant and wanting to do this on the side

| After carrying out the majority of my education in the health and care sector I branched out to employment looking after individuals with ‘additional needs’ and disabilities. i have a good connection with children and although I have no official employment within a childcare sector I am ‘auntie katie’ to a large amount of children and have developed care skills to work with children of all ages, abilities and emotions. Experience with school drop offs and pick ups, days out, bedtime routines, meal times and general childcare. I have been in close contact with children whom are part of the foster system and have an understanding of how every child has their own individual needs. I have had a full DBS checked carried out by social services in order to allow for my involvement with my cousins foster children. I am a caring individual and I am very interesting in developing my abilities within a new employment area.

| I have a qualification in childcare at a high grade. I have two years professional experience but plenty more as I lived with nephews. Rate is negotiatable.
