| Hi my name is Marsha D. I am from the Caribbean Jamaica and lived in the Uk for 24yrs I am 47yrs old I live in the Ipswich area IP3 I am a very house proud person . My live long career is been a foster carer for 18yrs where I cared and nurturing for children in my own home from birth to 18yrs old children of all backgrounds I have supported children going back home to their birth family or adoptive family or children going into independent living accommodation my career has been very successful and I enjoy seeing children reached their full potential

| I am a full time mum to 4 children aged 6 and under, being a childminder has always been a passion of mine however I allowed myself to enjoy my children and watch them grow before I took the leap. With 3 out of 4 of my children starting full time nursery/school I decided to finally take the leap and learn to be a childminder and thanks to my Ofsted registered childminding agency they have helped make that happen. Having 4 children I feel that has really helped me to understand children and how to cater to their wants and needs. I am available for full time/part time, school drop off/pick up from Broke Hall and ad-hoc sessions.

| My experiences with working with children: As a young teen I started out with my 2 weeks work experience in a nursery, I also done volunteer work in St Mathews CE primary school and The Willows Nursery. Helping the reception children find there feet and get settled in to school life. I have 2 children of my own aged 3 and 12 so I've had a good 12 years plus experience with children. I've always been the one to happily look after my friends and families children whenever they needed help. My love for children has always been there even at a very early age in my life, but now i'm going to follow my heart and start up my own child minding business!
