Childminders in Ingleby Barwick

| I have worked in a special needs school for nearly 2 years now, and I absolutely love it! I am currently in the middle of doing my teacher training along side this. I have plenty of experience (ages 12-19) all with different disabilities and special needs. I have had further training specialising in ASD (autism spectrum disorder) behaviours, speech and cognitive delay. I am continuously developing my experience and expertise surrounding different learning disabilities. I am due to go on courses within the upcoming year which will develop and benefit my role as a Special Needs TA/ Teacher. The reason I chose to go down this career pathway is becuase I want to make a change, and I find it is such a rewarding job. Being able to put a smile on someone else’s face is priceless.
