Childminders in Ferndown

| I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I have an honours degree in Early Years and have worked with children since 2002. I have been a Childminder since 2006 and have a wealth of experience with all ages, from newborn onwards, as well as all the relevant up to date training including paediatric first aid, safeguarding and so on. I am a member of The Forest Childcare Association and believe that the natural world plays an important part in children’s development. I have a dedicated playroom for the children, a large garden with play equipment and vegetable growing (and fairies!) And we are lucky enough to live within walking distance of open spaces, riverside walks and the forest plantation. Although my children are older now, as a working Mum myself I fully understand the challenges faced by busy parents today. I look after all ages, following the early years foundation stage curriculum with the under 5’s as well as providing before and after school care for older children, including pick ups and collection to and from local schools. I am able to offer government funded spaces for 2 year olds (15hr wk) and 3/4 year olds (15-30hrs wk.) Please get in touch to find out what spaces are available currently.
