| I have had the pleasure of working with the elderly for over 10 years now. I'm now a qualified Ear Wax Removal Specialist and enjoy going from home to home helping clear ears that have become painful, itchy, waxy and relieving hearing loss. I have experience from within a care home environment as well as private home care too. I love my work and truly enjoy meeting people as they too have so much to offer too. I get great job satisfaction in knowing I am making a difference to someone's day and then leaving them happy and comfortable.

| Hello! My name is Georgii. I have been working in the care sector for 8 years, looking after adults with learning disability and elderly. I have worked closely with those whom have dementia, challenging behaviour and built up wonderful bonds between clients. I have been a Registered Manager for a care company in the Poole area for just over two years managing around 70 staff and over 120 clients. I am up together with policies and procedures and have knowledge of social services, OT's, funding etc. I have dealt very closely with my father passing away when I was 20, due to cancer. I have worked alongside wonderful people who I cherish memories of, end of life. I am currently in the process of applying for the Police but I would also like to deliver my time to continue to look after those that require help and companionship in the community as I have such a love for it. I love being with people, assisting with their needs, popping to the shops, personal care, supporting to stay in contact with families, activities that might help to calm people down, or stimulate their minds. I absolutely love animals and have two cats called Winston Purchill and Purlock Holmes. Outside of work, I enjoy playing football for a women's football team.
