I have 3 years of childcare experience, I have gained a level 3 early years educator qualification in this time. I worked in a nursery setting for those 3 years, I would engage with parents every day and plan acitives observations whilst linking this to the EYFS framework. We would also be there for mealtimes, sleeptimes, feeding bottles and the morning and evening pick up and drop off.
