| Hi! My names Shannon and I have four years nursery experience, two years nannying experience and a wealth of knowledge in supporting children with autism and SEN. Here’s a little bit about me: I started my childcare journey as an apprentice before working my way up to room leader and SENCO at a nursery, throughout lockdown I became furloughed therefore began offering nannying for free for keyworkers. Through this I found my love for supporting children and families in their own homes. I also became a senior support worker with Autism Together to expand my knowledge on supporting young adults and children with Autism and SEN.
