| My name is Deon! I’m in my final year of studies University of York, studying criminology. I am someone who loves as well as enjoys caring for children. The previous experience I have with children is through family, friends or neighbours- where I’d baby sit up to 4 kids at a time. I have 4 younger siblings myself which is a big factor with why I love working with children. I always have a positive attitude, a smile on my face and a really friendly aura. I’ve previously helped past children I’ve baby sat academically (with English, maths, science homework) helping and pushing them to perform the best they can academically; whilst creating and maintaining a calm and safe atmosphere for the children. I also can prepare and cook for children ages 2+, preparing healthy meals for them. I also enjoy wholeheartedly taking part in activities such as arts and crafts, outdoor activities, reading and writing with children giving them a place to be themselves and have fun safely, and educationally whilst making it a fun and enjoyable learning environment.

| I am currently studying an integrated masters degree in Social Work at the University of York. I have A-levels in health and social care, sociology and human biology- meaning i have the knowledge when it comes to caring for people. I have grown up around many many children and had many years experience babysitting family members and friends with ages ranging from newborn- 12 so I have developed many capabilities when it comes to looking after children. I enjoy spending time with children more than I enjoy spending time with my peers. I am looking for a babysitting role that will hopefully work well with my current university timetable in order for me to pass some time and earn some extra money to help me with my studies.

| I am a native French speaker who is emphatic and trustworthy. I won’t hesitate to help your children with their torments when there is the need. I can also provide help with their homework as my level of English is C1. I have babysat for a few families back in France, whose children were from the age of 3 to 10 and will happily do the same here!
