Caring, creative, kind and reliable.

I would describe myself as a caring, fun, and welcoming safe adult. I always make sure that any child in my care feels comfortable, going out of my way to create a bond. I excel in creating fun activities and games to entertain and allow children to learn through play. I love messy play, baking, crafts, exploring outside and creating educational activities. I want to be able to provide parents with comfort and security of having someone trustworthy watching their little ones. I have worked in Primary schools across Kirklees and Bradford for 6 years, as well as volunteering for a full summer in Cape Town, Africa. I currently work in a primary school in Bradford, hence my availability being limited as I cannot provide school pick up or drop off due to my own working hours. Within my personal life I have provided care for my friends’ children since being newborn, including twins. I have experience working with babies and children ranging from newborn to 11 years old. I specialise in SEN care and have worked with children with physical and learning needs including Autism, ADHD, Global Development Delay, Chromosome Deletion, and SCL needs.
