| I have been a professional Nanny since 2009. I have been working in childcare for 20 years. I have worked with young babies, twins, and older children. the key to my success is my ability to build strong professional relationships with the parents and children. It’s very important to me to build a relationship based on trust. I incorporate all 7 areas of learning and development through play/activities. I enjoy and think it’s good for the children to be out and about, In all weathers! we do a range of different activities including but not limited too, the park, playgrounds, nature reserves, library’s, toddler groups, music sessions, museums, school events. I also make sure we have time indoors for messy play, box modelling, reading, drawing, science experiments and following the child’s interests through play. In my own time I spend most of my time on hikes in the countryside, bike rides and doing a little photography. My most recent job, I have been the for 7 years doing 60 hours a week. However with the youngest going to school I am no longer needed.
