After School Care Templecombe

| I previously was a level 3 early years educator apprentice in a pre-school and worked in an after school club in a primary school. I have been babysitting since the age of 14 for ages between 3 and 12. I like to encourage the children to be outside and how to use the outside not only to have fun but to learn.

| I run a small childminding business from my home, currently for up to three Early Years children and also after school care. I offer a welcoming, safe, and stimulating environment where children can play and learn in a relaxed atmosphere and have their individual needs met. I also have three children of my own who are all doing very well at secondary school. We also have Snowball the rabbit, Freddy the guinea pig, Coco the bearded dragon, and two hens!

| I have been babysitting for 4 nearly 5 years. i have looked after children with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, medical conditions and much more! I have worked in the age range of newborn- 15 years old and babysat multiply children at a time. I try and my best to do activities with the children to make it a positive experience for them and often send parents updates of what we are doing throughout the day. I have done overnight care, care for up to 3 days at a time, school runs, homework help, after school activities and general childcare. i have helped out at camps and day trips looking after a group of children on my own, making sure the are safe and happy throughout the day.
