After School Care St Leonards-on-Sea

| I have worked in a nursery setting with children aged 2-4 years for two years now and have achieved my NVQ level 2 qualification in the process. I have also volunteered for an after school group in the past and worked with children between the ages of 6-10 years. I often babysit for my family and close friends. I will be working towards a level 3 NVQ in childcare from September in a nursery but as it is currently the summer holidays, I am very flexible for the upcoming weeks.

| I have had several Nanny jobs over the years working as a Nanny and Groom for a summer and working for several years. I worked in Children's Homes for many years before becoming a Mother. My daughter is now independent. I have taught English GCSE and taught English as a foreign language at language schools in Guildford and Spain. I have worked with children of all ages, run an after school drama club and was also chair of the PTA, a swimming teachers assistant and a volunteer classroom assistant. I have experience working with children with a variety of disabilities and volunteered for Riding for the Disabled for many years. Healthy food is important to me and I love cooking healthy meals with fresh ingredients. I am a keen gardener and like to grow my own salad, tomatoes and vegetables. I am a huge animal lover and love the countryside and the beach. I am a keen horse woman and have taught several children to ride. I have a passion for art and music. I play the flute and love to paint and mosaic.

| I have both Level 3 Paediatric first aid and Level 4 emergency first aid in the workplace. I have previously been a live in nanny where my responsibilities included: -Daily care of four children; 10yrs, 8yrs, 3yrs and new-born. - Responsible for the morning-routine, ensuring everyone was fed, dressed and got to school. - Attending and supporting mother with a wide variety of after-school activities. *- Gained an exceptional insight into special educational needs due to two children having ADHD and cerebral palsy. - Solely cared for the new-born and 3-year-old whilst mother attended sports classes. - I have a huge passion for travelling. From February 2018 until September 2018 I went backpacking around Asia and Australia. I am an extremely active person which comes from being a ballet dancer from the age of 2 until I was 18. I am looking for part time work as i am training to be a personal trainer.

| I am a very creative and imaginative person; my skills range from drawing to sculpture to sewing and I can translate this all into fun activities to do with children depending on their age. Until recently I have worked as an after-school nanny for a family in London with two children ages 6 and 8, through a nannying agency. My roles included after-school pick-up where I could either take the children to a park to play in or to an extracurricular club, like swimming. If we were going straight home we could draw together or do some baking or play games, sometimes I would help them with their homework. I would be cooking dinner for the children every night too. Occasionally, I took the children to a friend's house for a playdate, sometimes I would host a playdate arranged by their parents. During the school holidays, I would nanny for more hours. We would participate in longer activities such as going to watch a film in the cinema or a picnic in a park. I would love to find a role with similar responsibilities. I have a flexible schedule since graduating from university in London.

| I am under 16 and am looking to earn some money in my pocket. I like looking after children ,keeping them entertained. I can do weekends and sometimes after school.
