After School Care Bexhill-on-Sea

| I have worked in a nursery setting with children aged 2-4 years for two years now and have achieved my NVQ level 2 qualification in the process. I have also volunteered for an after school group in the past and worked with children between the ages of 6-10 years. I often babysit for my family and close friends. I will be working towards a level 3 NVQ in childcare from September in a nursery but as it is currently the summer holidays, I am very flexible for the upcoming weeks.

My daughter is now independent. I have taught English GCSE and taught English as a foreign language at language schools in Guildford and Spain. I have experience working with children with a variety of disabilities and volunteered for Riding for the Disabled for many years. Healthy food is important to me and I love cooking healthy meals with fresh ingredients. I am a keen gardener and like to grow my own salad, tomatoes and vegetables. I am a huge animal lover and love the countryside and the beach. I am a keen horse woman and have taught several children to ride. I have a passion for art and music. I play the flute and love to paint and mosaic.

I have previously been a live in nanny where my responsibilities included: -Daily care of four children; 10yrs, 8yrs, 3yrs and new-born. - Responsible for the morning-routine, ensuring everyone was fed, dressed and got to school. - Attending and supporting mother with a wide variety of after-school activities. *- Gained an exceptional insight into special educational needs due to two children having ADHD and cerebral palsy. - Solely cared for the new-born and 3-year-old whilst mother attended sports classes. - I have a huge passion for travelling. From February 2018 until September 2018 I went backpacking around Asia and Australia. I am an extremely active person which comes from being a ballet dancer from the age of 2 until I was 18. I am looking for part time work as i am training to be a personal trainer.

| I have been running a children activity centre for the last 5 years for foreign children of age between 8 and 14. I am level 2 childcare qualified and worked in a childcare setting for 2 years before starting the activity centre. Unfortunately, my business is proven to be very popular during the summer months but not during the winter. I'm offering childcare along with my children. They are 12 and 10 years old, respectively a boy and a girl, who like spend time out and about and are very sociable and are with me every afternoon after school. I have a 7 seater car.

I also have experience working with special needs children as a volunteer at a charity and as a support volunteer at the local Family Contact Centre. I have learnt up to Grade 3 British Sign Language and would be happy to teach this to your children! I hold a full DBS check, have training in first aid and safeguarding and also have a clean driving licence.

I am currently a teacher so I am looking for weekend, holidays and after school hours. I also have a master's in autism and have over 10 years experience of supporting children with additional needs.

| I am a very creative and imaginative person; my skills range from drawing to sculpture to sewing and I can translate this all into fun activities to do with children depending on their age. Until recently I have worked as an after-school nanny for a family in London with two children ages 6 and 8, through a nannying agency. My roles included after-school pick-up where I could either take the children to a park to play in or to an extracurricular club, like swimming. If we were going straight home we could draw together or do some baking or play games, sometimes I would help them with their homework. I would be cooking dinner for the children every night too. Occasionally, I took the children to a friend's house for a playdate, sometimes I would host a playdate arranged by their parents. During the school holidays, I would nanny for more hours. We would participate in longer activities such as going to watch a film in the cinema or a picnic in a park. I would love to find a role with similar responsibilities. I have a flexible schedule since graduating from university in London.

| My name is Jenna W. and I am 31 years old. I have worked on and off in a nursery for several years. I have also spent a year in the USA as an au pair caring for 2 children. I have worked in a crèche, had some experience with the elderly and have had and still doing special needs experience within the nursery setting I currently work in. I now work at preschool 5 mornings a week so looking for afternoon work but would bring my almost 4 year old daughter with me. I have experience with autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, visual impairment. I also work with young adults on the autistic spectrum at the weekends to build on my current special needs experience. Very interested in going into the special needs field as is more challenging but enjoy working with children on the whole as it is so rewarding and you are helping them for the future.
