After School Care Inverness

| I have sperience looking after 3 months baby, until 7 years old. Feeding, going to the park, looking after School, Bath , and with the whole routine.

| I am a mother of 4 sons in their twenties, and about to become a granny! I've worked as a nanny since 2011, and still provide after school care for one of my original families. I have worked with all ages of children, from newborn to teens. I like to be led by parents on how to care for their children- parenting styles can be very different and I don't want to undermine any routines/ values/ outlooks that parents have in place.

| my first childcare job was in a nursery within Inverness caring for children aged 2-5 years, I worked there For almost 3 years and i am fully qualified to svq level 3 in childcare. I have also worked in an after school club with children aged 5-12. My current job is within another nursery in inverness caring for children aged 0-5 years. I currently babysit for 2 different families, 1 of which I have been caring for over 3 years now and the other just over a year I am PVG checked and also have done first aid and many other courses through my work.

| My name is Caitlin. I am a student teacher going into my third year of primary teaching at University of Glasgow. Along side my teacher training I work part time as a play worker at my local after school kids club. From a young age I have been passionate about caring for and working with children, babies and young people. I am very musical and can play the piano. I also did highland dancing from a young age and I love teaching my passions to children as well as allowing them time to foster and grow their own. I have two PVGs one as a student teacher and the other as a play worker. I am also currently in the process of applying for my SSSC. I have an up to date paediatric first aid qualification and a food hygiene qualification. I have previous experience of baby sitting from the age 15 until present and I enjoy building a relationship with children and caring for their needs. Over the years I have built up endless experience in childcare including school experience placements, afterschool care, baby sitting and volunteering. In my last position, I watched three children aged 5, 8, 10 and managed their daily schedules of school, playdates, appointments, and extracurricular activities. When cooking duties are asked of me, I always aim to serve balanced meals for the children. In addition, I keep open communication with the parents regarding children's daily activities and needs.

| Hi, I'm Jess! I have 10 years of experience working with a wide range of children, and a first class honours degree in Psychology. My experience includes: caring for a young boy with severe cerebral palsy, holiday nannying in Italy, camps with the child cancer foundation, Montessori preschool relief teaching, after-school care, and teaching university students. Values: I find it particularly important to empower children so that they can reach their full potential. This involves exposing children to many different experiences whilst their brains are so malleable. In a similar vein, I also find it extremely important to shape children to be resilient and have a growth mindset. | My name is Nadine ! All the way from Sunny South Africa ! I have been in childcare for over 8 years , I am experienced in this job , I am kind and considerate. Patience is key and I always put the children first. I was an After school care teacher where I helped children with homework, after school activities and so on. I moved to the US for two years where I was an Au pair to two beautiful girls ages 3 and 7 then. I treated them not only like my own sisters but as familly. Their happiness and safety was my number one priority. After the US I went on to work for a family in Belgium for a year, that’s where I took care of twins ! A boy and a girl ! I drove them to and from school and spent a few hours a day playing , doing arts and crafts and so on with them ! We loved baking as well. I have had loads of babysitting jobs in between. From October 2021 I took a break to travel Scotland and visit my now husband.
