| Hi, I'm Raven and am an experienced baby-sitter and nanny living near Fordingbridge/Salisbury on the edge of the new forest. I have a car and am able to travel to work/pick ups etc. I'm a part time yoga teacher and illustrator, I’m warm and friendly, love the outdoors, cooking, baking and all things creative. Hello, my name is Jenn. I am originally from Southern California and have been I. The UK for the last year but am fairly new to the Dorset area. I have a college degree in social behavior/ child development and have worked with children for over 13 years. I first worked in an after school camp for two years. Then, became an in house nanny for the last 11 years. I am full of energy and love being outside. I believe it is very important for children to be outdoors and get fresh air as often as possible however I've noticed while living in England how that may prove tricky as the weather does not always permit. I feel that while children learn through play I have many activities that make inside play fun and imaginative. I'm also great with homework help and cooking healthy and enjoyable meals. I love working with children and understand that all children need to feel supported and have positivity in their lives in order to become happy productive members of our society and I am dedicated providing positive reinforcement in all things. | I am currently in my first year of university and have been babysitting for a couple of years after school. I am flexible with hours and days and love working with children age 2 upwards.

| I am an Ofsted registered childminder. I have an honours degree in Early Years and have worked with children since 2002. I have been a Childminder since 2006 and have a wealth of experience with all ages, from newborn onwards, as well as all the relevant up to date training including paediatric first aid, safeguarding and so on. I am a member of The Forest Childcare Association and believe that the natural world plays an important part in children’s development. I have a dedicated playroom for the children, a large garden with play equipment and vegetable growing (and fairies!) And we are lucky enough to live within walking distance of open spaces, riverside walks and the forest plantation. Although my children are older now, as a working Mum myself I fully understand the challenges faced by busy parents today. I look after all ages, following the early years foundation stage curriculum with the under 5’s as well as providing before and after school care for older children, including pick ups and collection to and from local schools. I am able to offer government funded spaces for 2 year olds (15hr wk) and 3/4 year olds (15-30hrs wk.) Please get in touch to find out what spaces are available currently.

| I speak 3 languages and I have looked after children from the age 2-8. I don’t mind doing a little cleaning and cooking as I have been a chef for 2 years. I can take children to after school clubs and pick up.

| I have 3 grown up children and a 3 year old grand daughter who I've cared for all their lives. I have been a secondary school teacher for 18 years. I can offer childminding/ baby sitting, but also tutoring to secondary school aged children. I have registered to complete a childminding course in the new year, though I already have an up to date DBS certificate. I'm looking at moving away from teaching and more toward childminding. I have a young puppy, so clients would have to feel comfortable with their children being around an adorable, well- behaved Cocker Spaniel. I am available Monday- Friday mornings onwards. I can do after school pick ups, though I tutor in the evenings from 5-7pm.
