We have two lovely daughters who attend the same school. We've relied heavily on after-school club wraparound care for our oldest, who's recently be diagnosed with Autism. Her younger sister attends the school's nursery and has stayed there until 6pm each day as well. We've been finding that attending after-school club until 6pm is just not working for our older daughter. She is getting home completely overwhelmed, and within an hour and a half, we are trying to give her down time, feed her, bathe her, do reading/spelling, and get ready for bed, etc. My husband and I work full time and need to do so, therefore, I can't just pick up early every day. We are wondering if we might be able to find an after-school childcare solution, for approximately 4 days per week. We would be looking for someone to pick up both girls at 3:45pm (they attend the same school), bring them home, and do the above things but at a leisurely pace (and have some fun as well!). The girls are the absolute sweetest. So the hours we'd be looking at would be approximately 3:30pm-7pm, Monday-Thursday (though we could be flexible if 1 of those days wasn't possible).
