He needs someone who understands that anxiety can cause difficult behaviours and knows the importance of a calm, understanding approach. Initially relationship building is key, connecting with him via his interests building trust (Marvel films, gaming, social media app, drawing comics, story writing). Learning will be in a child led, collaborative way, he can't be taught in a traditional way. You will need some experience with autism and either experience of PDA or willingness to do some PDA training. You will be calm, creative and flexible. We have a cat in the home who provides great comfort to my son so you will need to be ok with cats.

A lovely responsible cheerful active person with good social skills preferably with full driving licence wd help with transport and entertainment to her many activities around cardiff and surrounding area :) every other day maybe but we cd discuss days/ times more , starting at twice a week full days maybe ..? . We would consider without driving licence for the right person to look after her at home and do art or go out for walks and locally activities like library . She is currently home schooled but we are looking at possible schools as she needs more socializing with peers . Thank you.

I want someone who is loving, caring and playful with my son. He requires very little assistance just during meal times and washroom visits. He is verbal so can ask for things. He is very loving and enjoys adults who engage with him and play with him.
