Collection off the school bus at home address at 15:15. Taking her into the house, transitioning her from wheelchair to bed. Getting her settled in her room, feeding, dressing. Taking her for walks is something she loves, as well as swimming. During the half term breaks and holidays I would require full days of care, on selected days during the week. You would be required to transition her from wheelchair to bed/ couch with a hoist. She is fed via a MICkey button and does not take food orally.
