PA Support for SEN Child

Looking for a PA to support us with our eight year old SEN child, this would mainly be during school holidays 8-12 Hrs per week. With some ad hoc evenings (possibly two a month) and occasional weekend help.
This would be to support at home or out and about with a parent/s.
A good hourly rate will be provided, along with covering petrol costs.

Care is required for a young male who is quadriplegic. Training is provided and shadowing over a 3/4 week period. It is a permanent position for 2 waking nights a week on a rolling rota of 2 nights on and 3 nights off. Shift is 13.5 hours, total 27 hours. I also need 3 days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.30-5pm. 22.5 hours total. Both shared with another carer. Carer needs to be reliable, flexible, consistent and cover annual leave and sickness of other carers in the team, as well as being adaptable in terms of your availability to cover when my son becomes acutely unwell; where 12 hour shifts are in place. Tasks include personal care, skin integrity, oxygen delivery, medication administration, moving and handling, personal care and dressing, bathing, enteral tube feeding, continence care, and the ability to adapt to changes of need when my son is unwell. The rate of pay is £10.50 per hour for nights and £10 per hour days. The rate of pay is increasing.

Looking for somebody to look after 3 children aged 12, 9 and 2. 12 year old has special needs. Just on occasional evenings and some Saturday's or Sunday's day times for the 12 year old.
