We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about helping children and young people especially the one with educational need. Our daughter has a well established ABA program running for many years under the supervision of BCBA certified consultant. We have training sessions for interested and committed candidates who would like to enhance their career in ABA therapies. Obviously some ABA knowledge and experience would be an advantage, however training could be provided if you show interest and commitment. We live in Cambridge and would welcome flexible hours of work mutually agreed with the suitable candidate after review of their CV and informal interview. You will be a good listener, patient, reliable, committed, trustworthy, and positive, with skills to support the man in building his confidence and self-esteem. You will ideally have some knowledge about autism, but training will be provided.
