He will get angry when he’s late so it’s best to get him organised. He’s a lovely person but the slightest thing can make him eractic and angry. He’s on the spectrum but also has emotional dysregulation disorder so struggles with his emotions. This can be very challenging, he needs everything just so and organisation is key. He s very particular about his looks even though he is erratic and messy in himself!

Job responsibilities include driving to appointments, domestic labour, and admin. My energy levels can vary dramatically, and I'm often in pain or recovering from injury due to chronic health complications. Most of the work will be carried out independently and without necessarily seeing or communicating with me, therefore candidates must have the ability to work independently, manage their own hours, and communicate what has been done. Candidates must also have a person-centred approach and an understanding of enabling independence, as well as being reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable with open & direct communication.
