Looking someone For a needy dog but reactive

Helen is a nine-year-old rescue dog. He is absolutely wonderful with people. However, he is very reactive to other dogs. I carry a muzzle But as I’ve had him nine years, I know when to use it, however, if he was being walked by another person, he would require the muzzle full time! I would be interested in contacting someone who would be near the Richhill area, who could maybe interact with Dylan get to know him before my holiday next year, and also for odd days away overnight.
