We are going away for 8 days, and have a collection of animals which need looking after. Our dog is quite high needs and can be demanding. Our rats are low effort but are elderly and will need checking three + times a day, and fresh food and water. You won’t need to clean the rats out, just feed and water. The birds are low maintenance but again needs food and water every day, and do love having people around. Experience with animals, and background checks will be needed.

Lila (pronounced lie-la) is a Bengal mix and currently 5 months old, so she will be about 9 months when she goes to stay with her sitter. She is extremely cute, clever, and funny to watch. She loves to play fetch and kick a ball around, and is very talkative! We are absolutely obsessed with her, so this is not an ideal situation but we feel confident that we can find a happy arrangement for these few months. She's very easygoing and confident (although a little apprehensive around older men) and will warm to you very quickly if you feed her and play with her, pretty much! If you are interested and we think it could be a good match, we'd meet you for a coffee to discuss everything and of course introduce you to Lila. Money would be sent for her food and litter , and anything else as and when needed. We would also take her to any vet appointments as needed and sort her flea and worming treatment. We want to make sure we find the right sitter for Lila. We work mostly from home so she is used to there being someone around most days of the week, but she can also be left for hours at a time. Hello. We are looking for a responsible, reliable and patient pet care provider who lives near Chorley. We are getting married 17.04.25 and would need someone to be with our pets from 11am 17.04.25 till 11am 18.04.25. We have two beautiful chihuahuas (yappy but happy) and 7 cats (very independent, you probably won’t see them until feeding). Our chihuahuas will not require walking just indoor attention, letting out in the garden frequently and feeding at night and the following morning. Our cats would require feeding at night and the following morning. Sitter is welcome to leave for 4 hours max but must be vigilant when entering the property as our animals love to run past the door. A DBS would be ideal and experience with smaller dogs is essential for us. We would also need our dogs to meet with the sitter beforehand so that way they are familiar with them.
