My partner and I are looking for someone to watch our friendly and joyful new dog, Shadow, during the day. We adopted Shadow just a few weeks ago, and she is an AMAZING addition to our family. She bonds quickly with everyone she meets but, understandably, suffers from separation anxiety. Typically, one of us works from home so Shadow can be with her people while she builds confidence. However, my partner is travelling for work, and I am required to be in the office during the week of 2 December - 6 December. We had a sitter lined up, but they cancelled on Sunday afternoon. I'm very sorry for the late request, but I am looking for support throughout the week, if possible. She is easy to manage, requiring just one nice walk during the day and one meal in the afternoon (food and bowl provided). While it might take her some time to settle after I leave, she is generally happy to have a little fuss, eat some treats, and sleep for the rest of the day. I would drop her off each morning after a walk and breakfast and pick her up in the afternoon. I can flex those hours a bit to accommodate your schedule and my work requirements.
