Pathhead Housekeeping and Cleaning Jobs

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and hands on Head Housekeeper to oversee the housekeeping operations across our estate. You will manage a dedicated team of two housekeepers, ensuring that the main house, holiday cottages, and commercial property are consistently maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to balance the diverse needs of the estate's properties. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, supervise, and work alongside a team of 2 housekeepers to complete all cleaning tasks - Participate in the daily cleaning of the mansion house, holiday cottages, and commercial property, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and task lists, coordinating with your team to ensure all areas are regularly cleaned and maintained - Conduct routine inspections to ensure work meets the estate's high standards - Manage and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and materials, ensuring adequate stock is available at all times - Coordinate with other departments within the estate to meet operational needs Requirements: - Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role, ideally within an estate, hotel, or multi-property environment - Experience working with historic/antique interiors as well as contemporary. Managing monthly and annual tasks of a period property. - Strong leadership skills with a willingness to work hands-on alongside your team - Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness - Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple properties - Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and equipment - Professional, proactive, and reliable attitude
