Monitor gas, electricity, and water systems, reporting or addressing any issues. 4. Gardening and Landscaping Maintain outdoor spaces, weeding and clearing leaves. Ensure paths, patios, and driveways are clean and tidy. Remove rubbish or clutter from outdoor spaces. 5. Tenant Support and Management Conduct viewings for prospective tenants, providing property information. Assist with tenant check-ins, ensuring they are comfortable and informed.
