She does not need any personal care but has reached the age where it is becoming a little bit dangerous for her to do chores but she is very low maintenance and key qualities are very pleasant person who is careful and doesn't damage anything and does a good job of the cleaning and doesn't mind doing a few extra things like mowing the lawns and going and getting some groceries etc.
