Communication & Reporting: Communicate effectively with the family in English, and Spanish if applicable. Regularly inspect areas to identify any maintenance or repair needs and report promptly. 6. Adherence to Standards: Follow health and safety guidelines for cleaning and childcare. Handle cleaning products safely and responsibly. Requirements: Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. Experience with or a genuine interest in childcare. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Friendly, trustworthy, and professional attitude. Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks. Flexibility to adjust working hours to accommodate childcare needs. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

biweekly cleaning of the house to assist with regular messes that i struggle to get around to, primarily kitchen and bedroom, but also including the living room and bathroom, but those would be lighter. kitchen would probably include dishes and counters while the bedroom would most likely have a things lying around. and disorganised. laundry would be a great help too! i don't have a vacuum cleaner so bringing one along would be a great help for places the roomba can't do well!
