Your role will involve holding onto the keys, granting access to workmen and tenants, and providing general assistance during visits. Key responsibilities: Be present at the property while workmen or tenants arrive. Grant access as needed for repairs, maintenance, or viewings. Ensure the property is secure and well-maintained during your visits. Scan across any letter address to the landlord / owner. Visits will be scheduled based on your availability and schedule. Each visit will be paid, and I am looking for someone reliable and trustworthy to help during this period.
