Part-Time Housekeeper We are a busy family in Kensington seeking a reliable, organized, and experienced part-time housekeeper to join our household team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can help maintain a well-organized, clean, and welcoming home. Must be an experienced laundress. Position Details: Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. option for weekend part time too. IRONING £18ph – 10am start – 4hrs per week. Mainly ironing plus light clean kitchen and bathroom Start time is 10am. You can choose either Wednesday or Thursday morning. Hi there, we have a lovely house in Battersea near the park and would like help once a week for 4 hours from someone to help us. There are four rooms but only three of the rooms are in regular use. We need help with the following tasks: 1. Housemates who want beds changed will strip beds and put bedding in the basement utility room. These need to be put on a wash cycle. 2. Clean bedding from linen cupboard taken and put onto up to 3X beds. 3. Hoover and use eco cleaning spray + microfibre cloth to wipe down 4 X bedrooms & bathrooms, stair case, hallway, sitting room & kitchen. 4. Report any damages or stains or things needed: broken bulbs, not working things etc 5. Take laundry out of the dryer and add to linen cupboard. We have extensive experience running rental properties for property owners and managing housekeeping teams and have very high standards and work incredibly hard. We expect the same of people who work with us. This is not an rental property but a mid-term lease property with very tidy and respectful professional housemates so will be quite manageable. The position is ideal for a young professional looking to add a property to their management portfolio that can work according to a systematic approach and enjoys doing their best with things. We offer £15 an hour for the role. Additional laundry and ironing services can be sold to the housemates at £15 an hour if the housekeeper would like to offer that too. The shift needs to be regular at the same time each week from about starting time of 9 or 10 am on a weekday. The start time and day must stay the same and if the housekeeper will be late they will need to let us know. Repeated lateness or non attendance without notice or cutting shifts short without notice will result in the position being cancelled. We're looking for a housekeeper for our home in Ladbroke Grove, W10. 4x mornings a week, for 4 hours each visit (16 hours a week). Optional additional hours on Sunday. The role includes all cleaning, laundry and ironing (to include shirts and sheets), and ideally some light cooking. We have 3 children but they will be at school during your hours - you will need to organise their laundry, clothes, and sports kit throughout the week.
