Hi there, we have a lovely house in Battersea near the park and would like help once a week for 4 hours from someone to help us. There are four rooms but only three of the rooms are in regular use. We need help with the following tasks: 1. Housemates who want beds changed will strip beds and put bedding in the basement utility room. These need to be put on a wash cycle. 2. Clean bedding from linen cupboard taken and put onto up to 3X beds. 3. Hoover and use eco cleaning spray + microfibre cloth to wipe down 4 X bedrooms & bathrooms, stair case, hallway, sitting room & kitchen. 4. Report any damages or stains or things needed: broken bulbs, not working things etc 5. Take laundry out of the dryer and add to linen cupboard. We have extensive experience running rental properties for property owners and managing housekeeping teams and have very high standards and work incredibly hard. We expect the same of people who work with us. This is not an rental property but a mid-term lease property with very tidy and respectful professional housemates so will be quite manageable. The position is ideal for a young professional looking to add a property to their management portfolio that can work according to a systematic approach and enjoys doing their best with things.
