We are looking for an experienced, kind and patient live-out Carer/ Housekeeper for an 80 year old gentleman at a lovely home in Pirbright, Surrey. His wife is fit and active but requires assistance in caring for him and keeping the house clean and tidy. Care duties include: Medication management Personal hygiene and dressing Daily exercises (he has a physio twice per week who requires him to undertake a daily exercise routine) Meal and snack preparation Assistance walking round the house and other ad hoc duties Housekeeping duties include: Laundry and ironing Cleaning, vacuuming and dusting General tidying and upkeep of modern purpose built house Walking a friendly old dog (Labrador) twice per day Cooking and food preparation Accompanying to supermarket and other trips out of the house Applicant should have caring or nursing experience. Drivers License would be preferable but is not essential. Hours would be 8am – 4pm approx with some flexibility. Competitive salary offered. References required.
