Full job description Care assistant Southend-on-Sea Rate: £13.00 per hour Hours: Part-time x4 hours per day (28 hours per week) We’re looking for a reliable, experienced fully trained elderly live-out carer to assist a severe stroke victim in their home. Neuro experience advantageous. Four shifts a day, including weekends. We are flexible on shift times to suit lifestyle. If you have worked as a domiciliary carer, health care assistant or been a carer in a care home or hospital, then we’d love to speak with you. *** You must already have the right to work in the UK, we cannot assist with any sponsorship or visa requests *** If you’re naturally friendly, with a desire to make a positive difference to your client’s life, we want to hear from you! Please note any successful applicants for this role will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check for working with adults. It is a criminal offence for people who are barred from working in Regulated Activity (under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable groups Act 2006) to apply for roles that require them to work unsupervised with that particular group.
