Looking for a carer to take care of our 96 year great grandmother of 5. She is in need of a friend as much as a carer to suit her kind nature, to support her in keeping her able bodied and mentally stimulated. We are looking for someone with good intentions, that has the careful consideration to make sure she has everything she needs to stay happy and comfortable. Being able bodied and still having her mental faculties, what our grandmother needs is a friend that will keep her company and stimulated. Someone to take care of the running of the house and helps to maintain her wellbeing in a proactive manner. It is a balance of maintaining a domestic routine but letting her help out as well, with a ‘doing with’ not ‘doing for’ approach. Working hours are 10-6pm Monday to Friday. The carer must live within a 5-mile radius of Kew bridge / Brentford, TW8 postcode. The pay is between £13-£15 per hour, depending on experience and suitability. Ideally someone who has a car but not an essential requirement. There is a preference for someone who has had their own children, that also understands the dynamic of a cultured family home. Holidays and breaks will be fairly negotiated. If possible to start with 2 weeks notice, post interview and meeting.

We are looking for a kind, professional, gentle, physically fit carer. You will working with another established carer to wash, clean and make comfortable a lovely gentleman who had Parkinson’s and late stage dementia.
