Hi All,
My Dad has been in and out of hospital and has suffered with pneumonia twice in the last 5 months.
We are looking for someone to come in and support with the following:
- house work / basic cleaning
- food prep / 1 meal
- Checking medication is up to date and being taken
- keeping in touch to check how he is
- general companionship
Ideally 2 - 3 a week for 2-3 hours.
