I’m looking for some help with changeovers for my 3 small Airbnb properties. 1 cottage and 2 tiny homes. I do the changeovers myself at the moment, but looking for someone who can help with the majority of changeovers.
To begin with it would only be 1 or 2 changeovers per week this winter, but the rest of the year I estimate at least 3 to 6 changeovers a week with the potential for more as I’m hoping to add more airbnbs.
Changeover days vary depending on bookings so hours will be fairly flexible.
The airbnbs are small and each take me around 1.5 to 2.5 hours per changeover.
