Caring, responsible person for after school care in Kensal Rise 13+ hours a week

We have two children in years 3 and 5 at Ark Franklin primary school on Chamberlayne Road. We are looking for someone to pick them up from school on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays – we live a 6 minute walk away – give them an early dinner, and take them to their activities (some of these by car; you can use our car). School pickup is 3.20pm or 4.30pm depending on the day, and you’ll finish around 7pm on a Tuesday and by 8.30pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays. There is also the possibility of babysitting and of occasional weekend overnight stays once you get to know the children better. We pay £22 an hour. Minimum 13 hours a week. We’d love to find a nanny who is very caring and organised who can help for 12-15 hours per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays but can be flexible for the right person. We are looking for a nanny for our 2 lovely girls. We have 2 girls, the eldest is 6yr and the youngest 4yrs. Both girls attend Bishop Gilpin school. The oldest is year 2, and the youngest just started Reception. I am a Paediatric doctor and my husband is a secondary school teacher and we both need to leave the house at 7.15am for work and we’re not back till 5/6pm, occasionally later if we are both working late. He’s a teacher so predominantly we need term time help but understand if we would need to employ over the holidays as well. The days I work can vary but I always have advance notice, but I don’t work Friday’s and could work 4 days Mon-Thurs, or often it’s a 3 day week. Or sometimes I have days off as I have worked nights or a weekend. The girls are happy caring kids, the eldest Isla loves the outdoors, reading, swimming, acting and playing with her sister and friends. Tessa the youngest is outgoing and also loves playing outdoors, she loves music and singing and loves getting fully immersed in pretend play. We speak English and Portuguese at home as my husband is Brazilian and I am half Brazilian. We would need before and after school childcare. Including getting the girls ready and taking them to school. In the afternoons we would need childcare to pickup from school and taking the girls to extra classes and then preparing / giving dinner.
