Someone who brings oodles of compassion, engagement and positivity to our babies development. Ultimately we want our girls to be well mannered and vibrant members of society, each bringing their own unique personalities. We currently take them to baby sensory, play dates and outdoor activities and would like these to continue. We’d love the right person to come up with ideas for them to engage them and also give them some fun! Ability to be proactive in raising any issues or concerns, working with us to resolve them. We are looking for a positive and pro-active person to visit our house a few days a week and help out with our lovely family (Boy of 4 and New-born Girl) The role will be split between childcare and housekeeping as the candidate will be working alongside a stay at home parent. Thus, there will be the opportunity to have periods of time spent solely on childcare and then solely on housekeeping as the family's needs dictate. We are looking for a strong all-rounder who is happy to become a part of the family longer term and willing to help out in all aspects of family life. Depending on the availability and willingness of the candidate to take on all aspects of the role we would be looking for ~25-30 hours a week. There can be some flexibility around the hours but ideally Tues & Thurs as full days would be helpful. Requirements: • Ability to work alongside a stay at home parent. You should enjoy hearing about their day, their friendships, their achievements, and be prepared to support them emotionally with any concerns/ worries they have. You will need to be reliable, punctual, and organized – and happy to be busy (because you will be). Good humour is essential, but you will also need to maintain discipline and set clear expectations and routines with our children, especially around homework. Ability to drive, with clean driving record, is essential. We will offer you an attractive salary package (suggested rate is £17 per hour gross), with 4 weeks of paid holidays and bank holidays off.
