Support taking 2 kids to activities in the morning

Currently expecting my second child, due in November. Likely not to need any support until January 2025 or later, but looking at whether anyone offer a service where can support with one child at a time while I'm busy ith the other on some activities.
For example, going for swimming lessons with child #1 while I have someone taking care of child #2, and then viceversa within a 1-2 hours time difference for each kid's activity. Ideally for the person to be able to meet directly on the place where the activities take place.
Is this a service anyone offers?
Child #1 would be 3 years, and child #2 around 4 months by the time i may need that support.
