Hello, I'm Rebecca and I'm looking for a responsible nanny for our 20 month old toddler to put him to bed while my partner is working night shifts (6pm-11pm) and I care for my newborn in a seperate room. He really struggles to sleep alone so you would need to be comfortable lying with him for a few hours or potentially swapping with me and feeding my newborn if things get too difficult. My partner's shifts aren't the same every weel but follow a regular pattern so we would need somome to be flexible. would be great if you have a few years of experience and references.
