Mothers help needed in the afternoons 4:30-8:30 p, daily to allow me to give one to one time to my two children ( 4& 7) up until bedtime. Candidate should be warm and kind with a sense of humour and an understanding of children on the autistic spectrum.

(15 hours a week) collecting daughter from nursery and spending afternoon with her, giving her lunch, cleaning up , playing, taking for a walk etc. Daughter is autistic. Someone with autism experience preferred who enjoys imaginary play, has a sense of humour and fun, physically fit, lots of energy, very alert. Someone who speaks clearly and knows how to talk to a child with communication difficulties and can be patient and calming with them.

We are a relaxed and friendly family of 4 in Hampton Hill; mum, dad and 2 boys aged 3 & 5 (plus our loveable and bouncy Cockapoo dog!)  
Dad works full-time in London and Mum works 4 days per week in London / from home. 
The boys attend nursery / school full-time so we are looking for wrap-around care Monday to Thursday 07:30-09:30 and 15:00-18:30. Flexibility to do extra hours occasional evenings and in the school holidays would be wonderful. 
We are looking for a warm, energetic and responsible person who genuinely enjoys working with children. The role will include pick up / drop off from school / clubs, organising play dates, helping with homework, preparing healthy meals for the children, bathing and playtime. You must also be dog savvy and willing to dog walk some mornings.  
You must be a fluent English speaker with childcare experience and checkable references.  Hourly rate is negotiable; start date is asap.
